What to expect

You relax in a full-body compression suit whilst the pressotherapy device applies sequential compression to the legs, abdomen and arms. Sessions take approximately 45 minutes. Multiple sessions are recommended for cumulative benefit.

Suitable for most adults. Particularly beneficial as part of a weight management programme or for those with circulation concerns.

Aftercare

  • Drink plenty of water following treatment
  • Light movement and walking is encouraged after the session

Contraindications

Not suitable during pregnancy, with deep vein thrombosis, certain heart conditions or active infections. Discuss at consultation.
