Every journey at AL Medical begins with an unhurried, no-pressure conversation. A booking fee applies and is redeemed against any in-clinic treatment taken within 12 weeks. You will receive a personalised treatment plan and time to consider every option before you decide.

A relaxed conversation
We begin by listening. Your practitioner will ask about your goals, your medical history and any concerns. There is no pressure and no obligation to proceed.

A considered assessment
A face-to-face clinical assessment lets us properly understand your skin, facial anatomy, health and wellbeing goals. For some treatments this assessment is a legal requirement before anything can be prescribed.

An honest recommendation
We will recommend the treatment we believe is right for you, whether that is a single session or a course of treatments, along with clear, realistic information about what to expect. You will receive a personalised treatment plan setting out the options most suitable for your goals.

Time to decide
We allow a cooling-off period so you can take your treatment plan away, consider every option thoroughly, ask questions and decide without pressure.
Care you can trust
AL Medical is a CQC registered, nurse-led clinic. Every consultation and treatment is carried out by an NMC-registered nurse prescriber with the clinical training to assess suitability, prescribe responsibly and put your safety first. Individual results vary, and we will always give you honest, realistic guidance.
