Every journey at AL Medical begins with a conversation. Our consultations are complimentary, unhurried and entirely without pressure. It is a chance to ask anything and understand your options before you decide.

A relaxed conversation
We begin by listening. Your practitioner will ask about your goals, your medical history and any concerns. There is no pressure and no obligation to proceed.

A considered assessment
A face-to-face clinical assessment lets us understand your skin and facial anatomy properly. For some treatments this assessment is a legal requirement before anything can be prescribed.

An honest recommendation
We will only ever recommend what we believe is right for you, including, where appropriate, recommending nothing at all. You will receive clear, realistic information about what each option may and may not achieve.

Time to decide
You are never asked to commit on the spot. Take the information away, ask questions, and book your treatment when you feel ready.
Care you can trust
AL Medical is a CQC registered, nurse-led clinic. Every consultation and treatment is carried out by an NMC-registered nurse prescriber with the clinical training to assess suitability, prescribe responsibly and put your safety first. Individual results vary, and we will always give you honest, realistic guidance.
